HOW TO BOOK

If you would now like to book any of our properties, you may either:

Please ensure that you provide us with the property reference number, the dates of travel, the number of people travelling, your full postal address, day and evening contact numbers and email address if possible.

We will then send you a “Booking Form”, our terms and conditions and will hold the property for you for a period of 3 days, possibility to extend the option for an extra 3 days upon request. On receipt of your completed booking form, we will then go ahead and confirm the property and will issue you with your confirmation invoice and please be advised that we will require a credit card or debit/switch card as guarantee of the booking only.

Bookings are made from Saturday to Saturday during high season periods. Selected properties can be booked from any day to any day and for short breaks (minimum 3 nights) in off season.

Payments

On receipt of the booking form a deposit equal to 30% of the rental price must be paid in addition to £ 25 booking fee.

The remaining balance must be paid at least 42 days before the start of the rental period.

Upon receipt of the full balance we will send the rental voucher and direction to get to the property. For bookings made less than 42 days prior to the start of the rental period the full rental price must be paid by return.

Method of Payment

We will accept payment by means of a credit card, debit card, bank transfer or by cheque

Please be advised that all payments by debit card or switch card will incur a charge of 49 pence only and all payments by credit card will incur a charge of 2.5% which will be added to the total amount.
